So basically, when you are eating food, you need to make sure it is only whole foods. Meats and veggies will be your best friends! You need to avoid anything with more than a few ingredients. If you can’t pronounce the added ingredients, you shouldn’t be eating it at all.

For the 21-day bone broth diet, you can split up the time. During each week you need to eat only paleo meals for five days and just eat bone broth for two days.
