As I said before, there are a lot of different things to consider when buying a skin product.
Typically it comes down to what skin type you have and what you’re looking for in a product.
I’m determined to find the perfect thing for my skin and that’s already difficult enough on its own. But I’m hoping I can give you all the information you need along the way!
Affordability:
Well, this unfortunately, isn’t the most affordable item on the list. It’s actually at the top of our price bracket, which thankfully really isn’t all that high anyway.
But when you find out all the benefits to this product, I think you might not mind the price as much. That’s kind of a big deal coming from me too, I’m not typically down to spend extra money on anything!
How to Use:
This product is super straightforward. If you intend to use this as a moisturizer, follow the same routine you normally do.
I would recommend cleansing your skin beforehand and then applying this product.
Then you can let it absorb and apply makeup if you’d like to.
But if you’re using this as a sunscreen as well as a moisturizer, it is recommended to apply it 15 minutes before venturing out. After that you will just need to reapply every 2 hours that you will be out in the sun.
Type of Skin:
Incredibly, this is actually good for all skin types! There aren’t many products that can claim that much. This was one of the first things that really drew me to the product.
Having more of a combination skin type, I’m not always sure what to buy.
Mainly I try to wash my face with a facial cleanser to remove any excess oils.
But if I happen to use an oily moisturizer I’ll be back to square one!
The same goes for sunscreen. So the fact that this will moisturize and protect any skin type without making your skin even more oily is a big deal to me!

Scent:
This is another fragrance free item. I always like to see that because more people can consider this as an option. I had no idea that there were so many people who couldn’t use anything with a fragrance!
Now that I’ve been doing all this research and know more about that, I can appreciate that much more in a product.
They typically add fragrance to cover up any chemical smells. In this case, it will really just smell like sunscreen and even that scent will fade quickly.
Drawbacks:
A big drawback for me is the price. There are a lot of reasons I’m trying to save more money at the moment.
So when it comes to skincare, I want to find the most affordable option at the lowest price.
I think there are quite a few things I could get under this price range that would work really well for me. Even if I had to sacrifice a few of the benefits.
Another downfall for this product is the fact that it is a thick cream. People were expecting something a little different because it claims to be a lightweight product. Maybe it is once you actually work it into your skin, but not when you first apply it.

Well, I really think this is pretty much an option for almost anyone! That’s not something I can say all the time.

If you are looking for an anti-aging cream, I think you’ll like this because it plumps your skin.
By doing so it makes your skin look and feel younger, while also reducing the look of fine lines and wrinkles.
If you want a sunscreen for your face that won’t leave you feeling greasy or clog your pores, this is it.
And if you’ve been looking for a skincare product that is free of a lot of negative attributes, this is also a wonderful option.
It does not contain fragrances, sulfates, hormones or parabens and it is cruelty free.

I mentioned before that I am definitely a budgeter. I really don’t want to splurge on any skincare products, especially if I don’t know how well they will work for me.
