Application is very easy if you follow these simple steps:

  1.  Exfoliate 24 hours prior to use.  Immediately before application, moisturize dry areas such as elbows, knees, ankles and feet.
  2. For best results, apply using the Tan Applicator Mitt (not included) in long sweeping motions. Start at the ankles and work your way up.  For your back, turn the mitt back to front and start applying in the same way.  Make sure that all areas are covered before lightly gliding any excess tan from the Mitt over your hands and feet.
  3. Wait until dry and then get dressed.
  4. Allow 4 to 8 hours before showering to reveal your tan.
  5. To maintain your tan longer, moisturize daily, exfoliate regularly and then reapply as desired.
