When you have sensitive eyes and you wear contact lenses, finding a mild non-smudge mascara is a challenge. • Number of coatings: The manufacturer says 1-3 coatings. I only needed two, but you can use the third one as well if you want more pigmentation. My lashes did not feel heavy or clumpy in two coatings.     
• Pigmentation: This mascara offers you the blackest black. If you want to achieve such a look, then go for it!
• Removal: Remember that this is now waterproof, so splashing your eyes with some water during office hours may lead to unpleasant results. As makeup remover is concerned, you will be able to clean the mascara with your regular makeup remover or a warm water cotton pad with no problems.

​This Mia Adora organic mascara comes with a nice wand that is easy to hold and use. The mascara itself is also easy to put on. The pigmentation is great and you will probably need only two coatings. It does not feel heavy or thick on the lashes. In addition, the formula comes with organic chamomile, beeswax & organic carnauba wax, organic sunflower oil, added vitamin E, organic rosemary leaf extract, organic lavender flower and even more natural ingredients and sub-products. What I want to say is that the formula is great to nourish and protect your lashes, not just make them blacker. If your eyes’ sensitivity is your first priority, then this mascara will answer plenty of your problems. It also comes with a nice volumizing effect. On the other hand, it also comes with its fair share of drawbacks. Next, I will summarize the pros and the cons of this product.

• The mascara is somewhat water resistant, although it is not waterproof.
• The mascara is cruelty free. For me, this was a dealmaker, because I do not condone animal testing in the cosmetic industry.

Conclusion

Smudge-proof, water-resistant, healthy lashes, great for sensitive eyes, good pigment and good hold – these were the main reasons I chose this product. I think it will work great for young and adult women alike. If you are also in favor of cruelty free and chemical free products, this is a good product to begin with.

If you wear contacts and you have sensitive eyes, then you should try this mascara. It goes on well on the lashes; it does not smudge under normal circumstances even if it is not waterproof. I enjoyed the natural and organic formula of this mascara and I found that it made my lashes stronger and well defined.

If you are a beginner in using mascara, this product may be a good way to start. Young women should be careful about what they use, especially in their eyes areas. Being organic, this mascara will not affect you in any negative way. Moreover, it has a good hold, the wand is excellent, and the pigmentation is just great. I would not recommend the product if you want to achieve surreal long sexy lashes. There are other products for that. However, I do recommend this for daily wear when all you need to worry about is the job. Since it works well with glasses and contact lenses, you should be just fine. It also goes great with your after-hours activities, just be reminded it is not waterproof.

A small (but not insurmountable) problem is that you may not always find it in online stores. However, the manufacturer’s website is a great place to begin your search. The product is affordable and you will find it brings great value for your money.
