How to do it

- Pour in the milk and chicken broth. Whisk everything together constantly until it has thickened.
- Let everything boil. Then reduce the heat and let the pot simmer until the cauliflower is tender. It should take about 12 to 15 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper.
- If you find that your chowder is somewhat thick, you can add more milk.
