Yes, avocados couldn’t be absent from our list of healthy detox foods. However, some people might actually find its presence here surprising, because it is such a high-fat food. In reality, it actually helps remove the cholesterol and the bad fats from your blood. And because these fats will become fewer, it means that your liver and the other organs will have an easier job when it comes to getting rid of toxins.

Apart from being very helpful for the liver, almonds also have the incredible benefit of reducing the risk of heart disease. Almonds are excellent as healthy snack, to keep you from eating other unhealthy such snacks, out of boredom or hunger.
